Citrox BioKlenz can be used as a processing aid on cut/open structured fruits & vegetables such as apples, lettuce, carrot, onion, spinach, broccoli, sweet potato, aromatic herb. BioKlenz is formulated to reduce the activity of food spoilage bacteria and fungi therefore extending the shelf life of these products.
